Shying Away (working title) is done! It ended up over 80 000 words, which is longer than my stories have been since I started trying to stick to outlines, but I think it's pretty good. I'm back to the angst, which is fun - I do love my tortured pretty-boys!

I've got it out to my first beta, while I sit and try to forget about it, then I'll have another look before I send it out for the next round of review. Hopefully I can submit it in early to mid December, depending on how much revision is needed.

Now, on to the next! (Chris, have you met Ryan? I think you might get along...)

I don't think Dan and Chris are ever going to spend a whole lot of time apart, so, yup, Dan'll be there! (I wonder if Chris had a puppet-Dan while they were separated?)

It's great that Chris is getting a story-I liked Chris; his relationship w/Dan is so fun and sweet. They're so attached. Of course the fact that I get to read more on Dan makes me even happier. :D

Dan is, of course, a burr under Chris's saddle in the new story.

I'm trying it in first person, which I've never done before, so I'm not sure if it'll work - but it's fun to try!

Yup. First Dan used Ryan to experiment and see if he was ready for new love, and now Chris is using Ryan to experiment and see if he's ready for a new sexual orientation.

So, Ryan's getting used a lot. But I don't think he's complaining!
