Who's a Weenie? I am!

I'm terrible with names. In real life, but in stories, too. I have, like, three names that pop into my head when I try to name a character, and I can never remember whether I've used them before, and it's getting a bit stupid.

So my job for today was to get the names organized. I'm making a chart of names I've used, and in which books. (I've got a list for animals, too, 'cause sometimes I get confused with those as well. Sheesh!). Anyway, since I can't remember any names, I've had to go back and start re-reading the books. I figured I'd just skim for proper nouns. But I started at the beginning, with Dark Horse, and now it's two hours later, I've only added about ten names to my list, and I'm sitting here with tears just pouring down my face over poor Danny and Justin! I'm such a loser!

Anyway, that's my productive use of time for this rainy Monday. Hope the rest of the world is being a bit more efficient...
