Reading - it's fun!
Apr. 3rd, 2012 06:58 pmI've been so focused on writing, lately, that I've really fallen out of the habit of reading. Which sucks, because I LOVE reading!
And I've started again. I chose an excellent book to jump back into the reading pile with, Dani Alexander's Shattered Glass. Dani himself is an odd duck with a strange obsession with simians on equines, but damn, he can write! Great voice, good sense of humor, and I see some steaminess on the horizon...
And as much as I'm enjoying THAT book, I'm also racing through it so I can get to one of the next two on my TBR list - Life Lessons by Kaje Harper. It looks excellent, and has rocking reviews, and hot boys... what more could I want?
And then on April 25 we get False Start by Janey Chapel. I love the way Janey writes - every word counts. I'm looking forward to that one.
Long story short - YAY, reading! I missed my book-buddies!
